Weekend Retreat
This is an example of a meditation and mindful yoga weekend. The program depends on the accommodation where we stay.
Friday afternoon:
- Arrival from 17.00
- Welcome with soup and bread
- Unpack
- From 19.00 introduction, explanation and questions
- Depending on the group, we end the day with Yoga Nidra, meditation or dancing in silence.
- Silence starts on Saturday
Saturday:
- The day starts in silence (Mauna)
- 07.00 until 07.40 Meditation
- 07.45 until 08.05 Break for who wants
- 08.05 until 08.50 Meditation
- 08.50 until 09.30 Fruit, snack and tea
- 09.30 until 11.00 Yoga and Pranayama
- 11.00 until 11.30 Meditation
- 11.30 until 12.30 Explanation patterns, thoughts and the natural state of the mind.
- 12.30 until 13.00 Mindful lunch
- 13.00 until 16.00 Rest (diary), walking
- 16.00 until 18.00 Meditation (interrupted by short breaks)
- 18.00 until 18.40 dinner
- 18.40 until 19.00 Break
- 19.00 until 19.45 Q&A if there are no questions then we will do meditation or an explanation of a topic.
- 19.45 until 20.45 Meditation
- 20.45 rest
Sunday:
- 07.00 until 9.00 Meditation (interrupted by short breaks)
- 09.00 until 9.30 Fruit, snack and tea
- 09.30 until 11.00 Yoga and Pranayama
- 11.00 until 12.30 meditation
- 12.30 until 13.15 lunch
- 13.15 until 14.15 Rest (diary)
- 14.15 until 15.15 meditation
- 15.15 until 16.15 sharing/ breaking of the silence
- Around 16.15 we pack and go home
