Pranayama

Active breathing exercises.

 

These exercises reduce stress, and strengthen your immune system, it gives you energy.

 

It is a fast way to clear your mind of mental clutter. 

 

Breathing techniques will help make your breathing stronger. And it influences the other energetic parts of you.

Sleep well class with Yoga Nidra and Pranayama

This class is a combination of Pranayama and Meditation together with Yoga Nidra. 

 

Yoga Nidra is a profound relaxation on the body and the mind.  For Yoga Nidra, you lay down on your mat or bed.

 

We do about 30 or 40 minutes of yoga Nidra. One hour stands for about 4 hours of sleep.

 

One of the participants said it feels like a warm bath of love. He normally gets with ecstasy, but now with a combination of yoga Nidra, Pranayama and meditation.
